Well Rathfarnham was the topic of conversation this weekend actually as my sister’s father died on Friday (while I was coincidentally coming home to paint and wallpaper my mum’s bedroom) and they used to live in Rathfarnham which is also where my aunt lived for a long time so I spent many wonderful times over there! I think the wind caught a greeting!!

My uncle Michael Fitzgerald had a farm that looked out over the plain of Meath. I loved it up there. He died years ago and I imagine it’s all changed now. Dublin has sprawled so much.
